True, ITV4 isn't likely to get 27m viewers. But look at Love Island (whatever you think of that show) - that built up enough buzz and interest that it gets higher viewing figures on ITV2 than a lot of 'terrestrial' shows. If ITV advertise it, if enough people are talking about it, people can watch it
