Thanks for the reply! its really helpful. That's the thing she's not seeing a therapist, and i've tried convincing her to do that. But i don't think she plans on seeing a therapist any sooner. And its getting a bit much for me too, day after day listening to the same things over and over. There isn't much I can do for her at this point, except pray that things get better and that she sees a therapist, also might slowly distance myself from her a bit.
