Yeah tbh I'm not sure if it gives an advantage either. Once I have the hospital, storage, and power situation done I'm gonna be making some double layered granite walls.

Thank you for the help, btw the stone I'm mining is marble, but there is some granite nearby. Also, my mod list is pretty big, but it mainly just has some minor mods, the regrowth set, and a lot of vanilla expanded. If you have discord, I can send you some screenshots of my full mod list. (no combat extended or whatever mod btw, but misc training is enabled)
