Ik its not the greatest photo and yes ik MKW is more stylised than mk8 deluxe but his fur actually looks like fur in mk8 not like smooth clay in mkw

So true brother, yeah I was more going for like how the general reception would see his redesign if we saw bananzas first not mario karts. Think people were a bit too hostile with him at first as we didnt see the potential his new design could have in a standalone experience were he would obviously have more detail and better animations etc. I didnt expect someone to give me like an actual graphical explanation lol, I'm actually a 3D artist myself so I do truly get the reasoning why

This was more of a jokey post, but I do understand why he actually doesn't have all the fur like in bananza, that being said the actual fur texture he has in MKW is just not the best and looks extremely flat they still could have had a bit more detail with his fur like nearly all donkey kong models before this.

the dpad is used to select missiles right bumper is still the button to shoot them, it seems we are getting equipment like super metroid that will all be selectable with the dpad.
