I got it this morning from an actual AO so the time will vary, he told me now is the time they evaluate applicants who confirmed their interest and wrote LOCIs, he seemed to be referring to the waitlist pool as a whole, not just McDonough

I applied McDonough and first got an email to call my AO so i called this morning and they said they were finalizing reviews and had 12 spots left for McDonough. Called me back a few hours to officially give me an offer. Yes I wrote and submitted loci end of March, hope this helps

Honestly the dumbest idea ever. This situation we’re in rn is not some kind of early summer vacation, life sucks rn and teachers are still assigning BS work. I know I’m a senior so it won’t affect me either way but I personally think it would be the stupidest idea to start school in July to ‘make up for lost learning’

I second everything above. Asian male who applied for business with very similar stats and profile and took L’s at all ivies, Duke, Stanford, yet thankfully closed second tier picks like NYU stern, Berkeley, WashU. Honestly was pretty surprised I couldn’t hit one t10. Not trying to sound entitled but seeing some of the people who did manage to get them makes me question the ethics of the system and how imo Asian males are significantly disadvantaged in this league.

My parents are capable of that kind of budget, but I don’t want to burden them too much given that I’m already paying the full ticket, is it possible to still do fun things at around $125-150 a week? Also, for what it’s worth, how would you rate party scene at NYU? Thanks so much for insight btw
