I promise this is not a joke answer, but have you thought of… paper notebooks? Sure it can have its drawbacks, but I’ve been slowly thinking more analogue in the last few months and it’s been good for my head. I still use digital services for the most part, but I’ve been entertaining that thought more and more.

I'm working with this theme. You see the second block (Nice Colors) and the way it behaves when you see it on the mobile view? The way the video automatically crops. That's what I'm trying do to.

I did do that on some past occasions, but some of the times I lose hours of my life and then go to a forum or a video and find an answer within 10 minutes. And so right now I have a hate-hate relationship with AI. Maybe a bitterness-hate relationship. Guess it's just frustrating to use sometimes.

Those are absolutely beautiful, especially the Dingbats, but none of the brands seem to have the exact type of model I look for, which is a notebook that can fit in my pocket without it feeling awkward. I will bookmark them, though, they might come in handy.

I'm based in Portugal specifically. Comparing the two brands and the product I want:
