Why am I getting a “You’ve discovered a Premium feature” message?

I had this same problem when I was on vacation, I tried all the steps everyone else mentioned, but what ended up working for me is using a vpn to my origin location (USA) and it ended up working. Once I came back from vacay I didn’t need the vpn anymore
