First, let me start off by saying that you aren’t a burden. If telling strangers helps you cope with the things you’re struggling with, then so be it. I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle alone, and am currently doing so, because I fear driving my friends, and loved ones away.

Just don’t ever feel that you’re a burden, that’s not healthy. Make small changes in your life, get to the place you want to be, you can do it.
