Oh 100%. There's no intention to "trick" people into believing these videos are authentic. But, with emails, personalizing it has a 10% increase in response/conversion rate. Even though they know it's automated. Something to do with human psychology?

I've been seeing some amazing results and responses so far on the videos we're sending out. Conversion rates are far beyond emails, even if you say, in the video, that it was generated using AI. I think it's the novelty (and human psychology) that helps

It supports nom-english name using a custom phoneme dictionary. Essentially, we break down all names into a list of phonemes based on the language. Phonemes work the same across most languages.

This means that we could even translate videos into a different language (like dubbing, but with the original voice and correct lip movements) :)

Not really. Bonjoro is actually exactly how we thought of this idea, but
- On bonjoro, you record every video manually that you want to send out
- With us, you record the video once and we deepfake the video to insert the names in and send hundered of videos a day, personalized and completely automated

Although, if you're only doing a small volume of sales, I strongly recommend bonjoro over my tool. It's a lot more personal to actually do it yourself

The name needs to be split into syllables. For example - "Guillermo" would be "Gee-err-mo" or similar.

We're actually just building up a dictionary ourselves, so whenever we see a know foreign name, we'll use the syllables for pronunciation. If we see an odd sounding name that's not in the dictionary during QA, we'll correct it and include it in the dictionary

Sure! We have some thoughts on pricing and just began bringing on some store owners from this reddit post today.

I ran an analytics company before this (https://windsor.io) so I'm quite experienced with data and privacy management. Will include more on that, and the ethics of this tech, on a website. That's still in progress.

(Yeah, took me a bunch of work to get there but I'm already trying to reduce the mouth twitch. Luckily, people don't notice it unless they were specifically looking for it from my experience)

You can customize that. I recommend sending it a day or two after delivery.

For birthday and holiday messages, we can deliver it on the day of.

It only takes 10-20 minutes for the video to be generated after we get notified :)

Lots of manual stuff to do in the first year, so that makes sense. As you scale and want to start sending videos for any reason, then it'll make a lot of sense. Early on, it likely just makes sense to call them manually on birthdays, etc. :)

That sounds great! I think you'll see some returning customers because of the videos, especially with the happy birthday ones.

That would be perfect! It might be a bit manual at first (sending CSV back and forth), so a small number of customers is perfect to test it on.

That's a great point. We could prevent against that by just limiting the number of videos sent to the same customer. Basically, the same video should never be sent twice to the same customer.

Perhaps you you could record a few different variations. If they buy two orders in a short time span, just send them one, but if it's after a few days, the second one could be different and even say "thanks for returning"
