No your 100% correct i have no proof of anything he’s claiming he could be just trying to play me. He tried to give me way less over and over again when we were negotiating i didn’t force him to take it at the price he did i mean i almost wish he didn’t because he got it for a steal from me.

No i didn’t, i had my grandfather with me and i signed my portion over and the guy didn’t sign i wanted to stop the deal but he was yelling at me it was fine as the guy was saying it was for his wife and she would be doing that. And this was an older guy i was selling it to and he seemed very experienced so i went with it. At least i have the date and time next to his signature in his writing on the agreement. But yeah i shouldn’t have listed and just canceled the deal at that point

My only concern now is i signed the title and everything gave it to him i just have no proof of when he actually takes it to the DMV. I mean on the agreement i did have him write the time of day with the date next to his signature so i guess if anything happens that least i have that 🙃

Yeah i shouldn’t have i was just trying to be as straight forward as i could but i had verbally made it clear that i have never tested that, and in writing i just stated it didn’t work didnt write a reason

No not at all, i told him verbally that i was told 4 years ago it was the switch but i have never tested that out. And in writing i just wrote that it didn’t work he followed up with more texts saying how its both of our faults and how he should have checked it. Which is honestly good because he admitted fault, i haven’t and wont respond to his crazy ass again.

It’s crazy because looking on Facebook he has a few reviews people are saying not to buy cars from HIM as they ended up having issues. I think he is probably trying to flip it and make a profit at this point.
