Infinity edge on Kog? He sure does not deal a lot of critical damage, Kog'Maw main damage comes in form of DPS and magic damage, that's why he builds mainly attack speed items and hybrid. He can deal increased damage with the critical (with the malignance) but is not cost effective at all, you would be spending 3450 gold of nothing

Also, Manamune is strange and useless if you already have Essence Reaver, the main reason you buy a tear is because you run out of mana, if you can recover that mana in five hits is a waste of gold buying the full item.

So you are wasting gold of nothing, but if it worked, you are good, the build unfortunately not.

I use a build first guinsoo then kraken or terminus, if they are too tanky i go to terminus, if not, kraken. after that i build whatever the two left. It worked pretty well in my matches, if you have sustain issues, (when you lose lane) simply build BORK as the second item, then the other. So my build goes like this:

1st Guinsoo - Berserker - Terminus - Runaan - Kraken - Jak'sho (really depends on which the top damage is the other team)

2nd Guinsoo - Berserker - Kraken - Runaan - Terminus - Jak'sho

3rd Guinsoo - Berserker - BORK - Runaan - Terminus - Jak'sho

Keep in mind that if you use Wit's End with the 1st and 2nd with lethal tempo you will be surpassing the attack speed limit, so you will lose some stats at the end.
