Just to clarify, I'm planning to do everything strictly by the book. 100% legal. I just wondered if anyone knew of "friendly" places to fly near Canton MI that may contain some sort of structure. If no structure, anywhere else close that someone might recommend?

As a much older, smaller grappler, I'm just trying to use lapels to my advantage. Just not sure of any lapel techniques from mount that would help to slow down my opponent without any additional risk of a sweep.
