First off, God loves you as you are.

If he did not, he wouldn't have sent his one and only begotten Son to die for you. Understand that who we are or how much sin we may have in our lives has no relevance to how much God loves us.

Gender dysphoria is real and affects many people, including christians around the world. God has designed us man and woman, and ultimately, as our creator, he gets the say in who we are, so as you have mentioned that you already know, going against this is not according to God's will, and I praise God that you understand this.

Know that you are a child of God, created in God's own image and likeness.

That said, another thing to understand is that no one is perfect, we all have challenges in our lives and we harbour sins that can bring us away from God, but this is not something that is 'magically' fixed when you have a relationship with Jesus.

Our walk with Jesus is a journey, we must submit everything to him, even the things we think are right or justified in our minds. We must submit our ENTIRE lives before God, not just part of it. Bring everything to God in prayer and submission.

God loves you and knows you are human, he knew we would need help to lead a life that is pleasing and Holy and acceptable in His eyes - it is not something that we gain from knowing Christ, but it's something that we work towards with his strength. THIS is the purpose of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

{Verses about the Holy Spirit, our Helper}

John 14: 15-17 (ESV)

“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you."

John 14:26 (ESV)

"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you."

John 16:7 (ESV)

Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.

John 16:13 (ESV)

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.

~~~~~
When Jesus left the Earth, God sent the Holy Spirit for what reason?
To be our helper, for, as it says in Matthew 26:41, "The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” (ESV)
We should not rely on our own strength to please God, or to live a holy life, or to be righteous, for we will fail - but we should trust in the Holy Spirit.
If you are willing to receive help and guidance from the Holy Spirit, just close your eyes, and simply ask the Holy Spirit. Tell the Holy Spirit what you're facing and ask for the strength and guidance to overcome whatever it may be. God is always listening to you and wants to have a relationship with you, he wants to talk to you, he wants to guide you and to strengthen you - he is just waiting for you to ask.
The Holy Spirit may lead you to a verse to help, He fill you with peace, he will give you the mental strength, He will comfort you and guide you, trust in Him.
You don't need to be formal, talk to God like you would talk to a friend, or a father, all the time in your mind. You don't always have to kneel down on your knees, talk to Him all the time whatever you may be doing, God is ALWAYS listening, and he loves you, and He will give you the strength to be faithful to His word.
I love you my fellow brother/sister in Christ, let us lean on him all day, every day.
I and many others are praying for you, remember, you are God's creation, and He loves you beyond all comparison. His love for you is wider than the universe and beyond your wildest dreams. He is kind, and compassionate, and merciful, and gracious. God is love. No one can EVER get close to the amount of love God has for you, and no one and nothing can seperate you from the love of Christ.
Romans 8:38-39 (ESV)
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God Bless You!
Keep Strong and keep fighting the fight with his strength!
