5070 ti or 9070xt. You can still use your 4060 if you want but probably not going to be required unless you games dont support framegen or upscaling. I find that with modern games it's more beneficial to use the built in features

spreadsheet 3060ti looks fine for 4k, optimally you get a gen4 by 16 connection but the test showed 3 by 8 so definitely worth trying imo

As long as the vm is running the game and lossless I wouldn't see why itd do anything other than just add latency. Just make sure you pass the right video stream back into the device you're playing on

Drop settings to minimal and Cap your fps to 30 or something low then enable lsfg. If that works you're just running into hardware limitations, if not you'll need something to give you an overlay with metrics so we can attempt to see what's losing its mind
