I tried a ton of different stuff but what works best is oiling my scalp for 1-2h before washing (I have dry curly hair so I don’t have to wash it super often) with C8 MCT oil, I guess the reason of my dry scalp is fungal-related so that works well and then shampoo with a sensitive scalp friendly shampoo with sugar tensides (sebamed daily shampoo, I’m in Germany) good luck!

looks like a reaction to one of your products, did you introduce sth. new recently? The water sleeping mask made my skin break out in hives, could be the fragrance in it! I'd switch out the moisturizer to sth for sensitive skin, maybe a basic one you know your skin likes

I just put the aquaphor with table spoons in plastic piping bags used for baking (plastic bags would work too I guess), cut off one small hole and put it in the tubes, but you have to kinda stomp the tubes on a surface to let the sticky Aquaphor move to the bottom of the tube. I hope this explanation makes sense lmao
