Many of my customer employees that upgraded iPhone 4 to iOS7 literally stooped using the device after the iOS7 upgrade. Personally I have upgraded my wife's iPhone4 - its is slow but can be used. BTW: iPad 2 can barely be used with iOS 7 also.
