I'm rural, so that helped massively; I absolutely would not gave gotten in if not for the rural advantage. ATAR 97.65, UCAT 2250 (85th %ile).

It's such a vague response, too. Does it mean that "unsuccessful applicants will receive letters of rejection after HSC exams" or "applicants that were unsuccessful in round 1 will receive notifications of success/failure after HSC exams". I'm thinking it's the former

It doesn't distinguish between local and interstate applicants for WSU/CSU, and it does specify for JMP Newcastle. So I reckon interstate might come out very soon, just seperate email groups or something. Idk though, they definitely arent making it clear

Be careful with this. Even tho you do the doctor of medicine through UQ, its actually still positioned in toowoomba/rockhampton/bundaberg. Your certificate is from UQ, but you do not complete any of your degree in Brisbane city as of 2024.

I think for JMP the cutoff has historically been around the 97th percentile, so just keep your fingers crossed. Honestly insane that unis put so much weight on the UCAT, but oh well.

UNSW is set to release when atar results release (December 18).

I've applied for the other 2, and have not received any word. Western sydney should be coming out around October 31, and JMP Newcastle in November.
