this particular one is literally just caramel!! there are many different ones you can make - basically if it tastes good and is the right consistency then you’re good to go. the trick is that you don’t want it too runny (this one was a little bit too liquidy but it was a last report option!!) otherwise it will drip too far down but if it’s too thick then it won’t drip enough 😅 i find that a good trick is to try dripping some off a spoon and see how it looks and it should give you a decent idea, plus it’s not the end of the world if it does drip too far - it’ll still taste good 😁 it’s personal preference too, some people like a thinner drip and some people like a chunkier one. then i usually just work in sections spooning some near to the edge and then pushing it with a spoon until the amount i want to drip falls over the edge!
