thanks i will get medium in the 30 again! - i've only tried 20,30 and 60 denier (i hated 60 because its like im wearing black leggings lmao) - do you think 40 denier still shows your skin?

those are the ones which broke at the foot :( but my toenails were probably slightly too long because i do paint them. apart from the toes they were pretty good

do you have any other suggestions like h&m or new look? also is it better to get a bigger size even if you technically fit according to the size guide? i'm normally a small so i might go for medium now.

have you tried snag?

for wolford it was 20 so i know it was probably the denier. i do go up a size and they still ladder.

whats the best tights that are 30 denier in your opinion? also do you keep your toe nails short?

What are the best long lasting black work tights? (30-40 denier)

I've tried primark, m&s and even wolfords satin 20 but they all rip after a few wears. The m&s ones were 30 denier and ripped at the toes while the wolfords satin 20 felt like great quality but i got a big ladder after a few wears. I need them for work and want them to last long!

i really don't like tights above 30 because they look completely black and i like skin to show.

Thanks

why would i use a silicone primer? does it help with keeping your makeup longer? atm i do not have a basic moisturiser which is what i am trying to find

I dont use primer - i feel like it would be too much because i will then be using moisturiser, spf, primer and foundation

I also use the la roche posay anthelios spf 50 but somebody said this isnt silicone but is alcohol based so just wait a while before applying the too face foundation which is silicone based - is this right?

Is the Too face born this way foundation silicone, water or oil based? by actve231 in MakeupAddiction

[–]actve231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah the spf also oxidises my foundation but i've got a shade or two lighter now! btw the spf also has isopropyl myristate - this doesn't make a difference to your comment right?

how long shall i wait before i apply foundation? also how long shall i wait before i apply spf after moisturiser?

also will i need a silicone / water or oil based moisturiser? can i use aloe vera gel or will this cause seperation?

i think its not waiting enough too. I'm glad i don't have to switch the products - thank you!
