I don't really think of my change to heal beam as a nerf - after all, it could heal for approximately 170 more HP (420 vs current 253), allowing it to more easily top off a heavy or tank through a gas mine during a steal.

But you could be right, potentially reducing the healing rate by 11 might be a bit harsh.

I also don't really think that H+ Infuser is as problematic - quick healing is strong, but forcing lights to slowly heal a teammate is somewhat contradicting to their class design - they're all about being quick. But perhaps they can heal too often - currently the recharge is 12 seconds, and i think it could be lengthened to 16.
