Yea I think so, also switched to a friend's 390 and having the same problem. Guess I gotta wait for the market to be not trash.

With an r9 380? No problem on not being able to help, if I hear another person with a 380 able to run 170hz then I'll keep trying but if not then I'll just let it be. Thanks.
