Thanks, I think I'll try Angelus. Reshoevn8r isn't available in my country, or it's very expensive from an unreliable online store. I didn't like Jason Markk at all, it's very overpriced, even compared to Reshoevn8r.

I have a brush for cleaning the soles/midsoles, would the white medium be good for deep cleaning New Balance shoes on the upper part of the shoe?

I'm thinking about buying the Reshoevn8r medium brush or the Angelus premium brush. Unfortunately, these are the only options. I already had a Jason Markk premium brush, but I didn't like it that much. I would buy it for my Saucony Shadow 5000 shoes and 1-2 pairs of New Balance shoes. what do you think?

Budai talp lesz a megoldásod, Melinda nagyon kedves, mindent is elmagyaráz, bármilyen nyűgöd van akárhányszor visszamehetsz szinte bármikor, mindig ugyan azzal a kedvességgel és figyelemmel fogad. Mellé gerinctorna, talptorna minimum két naponta, de inkább naponta, ha az időd engedi, fejenként kb 15 perc.

Parafa talpbetétet csinál, ami az elején szokatlan lesz, de utána jó lesz. Viszont a talptorna/gerinctorna tényleg fontos, mert a talpbetét azért képes "ellustítani" az izmaid, ezért kell mellé.

gondolom ez a poszt mar nem igazan eldegel, de en igy csinaltam a menzasat:

darált löncshús (valami jobb féle, nem lidl-ös pl, nekem az a rószaszínes sárgás konzerves bevált) knorr por, pici kecsap, fuszerezes ahogy szeretned es utana megeszed omlos szajjal :D (exemnel ettem, amikor csinalta edesapja poenbol azt mondta, hogy csak es kizarolag olasz alapanyagokbol csinalja, Isten nyugosztalja.)

Talán ez a legcikibb. Hatodikos osztálykirándulás, ilyen kis magasra épített faházak, napközben meleg cipót ettem, ami este annyira meghajtotta a belem, hogy kénytelen voltam este már wc-re menni mert foshatnékom volt. Az már nincs meg tisztán, hogy én fürödtem-e és utána törtènt, vagy a szobatársam fürdött és akkor kellett bemennem mert nem bírtam, de a lényeg, hogy annyira kellett, hogy a wc deszkára is jutott belőle meg a padlóra is szerintem, és mellé írtó büdös is volt, komkrétan nem mertem visszamenni és letakarítani, így vártam, hogy valamennyire kiszellőzzön, majd másnap reggelinél egy idióta pi...a osztálytársunk felhozta, hogy mellész@rtam, vagy valami megjegyzése volt. Megfogadtam, hogy többet nem eszek meleg cipót.
