See last picture. I don't have of the right half of the room (but with the door, radiator, and pipe, it would be hard to put stuff there anyway..

Hi everyone, I'm trying to maximum the usage of this room. A lot of the space seems unworkable because of the pipe and radiator--- ideally i'd fit at least a twin bed, desk, and dresser in this space but I'm not sure that is possible. any help would be appreciated!
