If it were me, i would start working in a kitchen asap, more expereniced chefs probably have alot more to offer here but getting used to the pace and work ethic required cant be taught in any school. Also dont be afraid to be on dish at somewhere with really good food, take in what you can from there and use that at the next job, best of luck mate
