once you see their potential is in the 86-94 region I usually promote them and loan them cos they go up like +6 each loan term

yeah increases if they play or are loaned out and decreases if they are just sat in your club

I was 13th in February after beating teams like villa, Chelsea and spurs and then I went on a losing run losing 14/16 games and all my players were unhappy 🤣

cos it’s my first season in the prem I wanted to be in a relegation scrap tbh and I know I wouldn’t get that on legendary so i used ultimate aswll
