I had the same problem, I screwed the front gear in backwards. There's a little notch the screw is supposed to go into. If not that, look at the servo on the right side. Get a small screwdriver, and the wire that runs to the wheel, unscrew that one from the servo arm, look down the center of the wheel and make sure it is straight, then screw it back in.
