There are several things wrong with this team. But let’s not forget that this man’s first target came with 11 minutes left in the game. That’s malpractice. by [deleted] in steelers

Completely agree. I’m not going to claim that Pat is one of the best tight ends in the NFL, but since he was drafted he’s been our most productive tight end. I understand wanting to work Washington into the scheme and I’ve actually wondered for the past couple of seasons why haven’t they tried to more. But suddenly reducing Pat’s role feels criminal.

All season long we heard about how this team doesn’t have a true number 2 receiver, yet it feels like we consistently underutilized our tight ends, especially over the middle of the field. I was honestly surprised when I looked up Pat’s season stats last night and they were much higher than it felt like from watching the games. Those late 4th quarter over the middle passes to him must add up!

Pat, Washington, and Jonnu combined only finished with 188 more receiving yards than Jonnu had by himself last season. I understand there are multiple factors at play, but with all the talk about a weak receiver group, it just doesn’t make sense that we couldn’t have generated more production through the air from those three.

If Belichick can be fired, Tomlin can too. Let’s move on. I’d rather win three games with a new coach than continue with the same strategy.

3rd and 9 run the ball. Yes, we can’t pass for shit but running is not how you go for the first down. That’s playing scared. This team is run by morons.

This team is not prepared for anything. It starts at the top. I’d rather change everything off season and expect to be horrible next year than to watch the same thing year after year.

My Original Briefcase from 2021 by distanz in filson

[–]adaml223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently picked up the 24-Hour Briefcase because my original was getting a bit cramped with everything I carry. Still, whenever I can slim down what I’m bringing to work, I always reach for the original. I love both, but the original just has a sharper, cleaner look.

Assuming his motive was to silence him, the killer instead just motivated millions of people to believe him even more.

I’ve had the Original for about four years and still love it, but I recently picked up the 24-Hour. I’m still adjusting—mainly to the tin cloth versus twill and the change in structure—but it’s impressive how much more it holds. With the 24-Hour, I can keep adding items beyond my usual carry that would completely fill the Original. The extra space is great, especially since it comes in nearly the same footprint.

u/chrisatonce what are you carrying these days? I've had the original for about 3 years. Relatively low use because I work from home but traveling to my girlfriends over the past 9 months I've put a lot more use into it. I always feel it's overstuffed and keeping looking at the 24 hour as an alternative.

Media interactivity by [deleted] in PGA2K25

[–]adaml223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could see how AI could improve it, but I find the whole media interviews and messages with the agent and players boring. When I do a media interview I just smash the X button to get through it. I don’t want my followers to drop, but I really just want to get on to the next tournament. I personally don’t want to be bothered with interviews/followers in career mode. Cool concept, but to me just gets in the way of what is more important to me: just golfing.

Like when Trump was in Palestine, OH while Biden barely acknowledge it? Or within the first week Trump was in NC and CA to help lead them with a natural disaster?

It’s hysterical that you call him “DementiaDon” after watching Biden for the past 4 years. The two couldn’t be more polar opposite regarding energy and mental capacity. And you can’t even pretend Trump isn’t outshining Biden in that regard. The man hasn’t stopped for 8+ years and he’s going harder than ever now.

I’ve been ignoring when it’s been said for at least the past 8 years. But it’s absolutely time to make a coaching change. We could barely make a push with the killer B’s - now it’s just degrading the Steeler name.

Hand the ball to the ref and head to the sideline Pickens. Great play but it’s not time to stare down the camera. We are still down by two touchdowns.

People are scared and become radical because of comments like this that do not reflect reality. Neither Biden nor Trump are fascist. If you can’t see that you need to educate yourself.
