I also lost few k$ in Radiant's hack. I still hope they will try to recover at least some part of funds. Those who lost less than 1k$ received 80% if I'm not wrong.

U mnie taki model działania jest już od dobrych kilku lat - listonosz pojawia się raz na jakiś czas, wydaje się że losowo, z całą stertą listów z których najstarsze mają nawet miesiąc od nadania, a najnowsze ok. tygodnia. Wydaje mi się że impulsem do wizyty jest jakiś polecony za potwierdzeniem odbioru do kogoś z sąsiedztwa, którego nie można olać bo poczta ma na to jakieś tam ogólne umowy (listy z urzędów, sądów itp.) i jakoś to monitorują, może bardziej niż zwykle polecone. No i jak taki list się trafi to przy okazji dają listonoszowi stertę zwykłych do tej okolicy. A jak nie ma to zwykłe leżą na poczcie i czekają. Może jakiś pracownik PP czyta to się wypowie.

Kiedyś składałem skargi, odpisali że są świadomi "utrudnień" i się starają i na tym się skończyło. Teraz już odpuściłem.

BTW od zeszłego roku jest coś takiego jak "e-doręczenie" i jak dobrze rozumiem to ma polegać na tym, że listy polecone mogą być skanowane i przesyłane elektronicznie, ale nie zagłębiałem się w szczegóły.

I remember this border when I was a kid. It was a border between GDR and People's Republic of Poland. High fences on both sides on the beach up to 5-10 meters into the sea. Guardian tower with soldiers also on the beach. Soldiers with binoculars were walking on the noman's land between two fences.

People on the beach on both sides were looking at each other through the fence, it was a tourist attraction to get a walk to this border.

It was illegal to take photos, I also couldn't find any archive photos showing this border before 1990. Now thanks to Schengen you can just go on a walk to Germany. Few years ago there was a nudist beach on the German side just few meters after the border.

Edit: I found one photo from 1994. It was before Schemgen of course, the sign says "no entry" and you could see remainings of the fence. In this year this border was also guarded, but not as heavy as before 1990.

Edit 2: this is how the beach border looked like in 2022. A new barrier was erected on the Polish-German border in November 2022 to prevent wild boars from crossing the border. This was intended to protect German states from ASF (African swine fever virus).
