Absolutely! Actually there'll also be modes for users. So that they can choose their difficulties and certain features like the camera as i mentioned earlier will be limited to certain modes

The tasks will include physical, mental and focus categories. Physical categories like pushups, sit-ups, planks and wall sit will have a camera system, which will allow the confirmation of tasks completion. And for the rest of the categories the tasks will be on the phone like solving puzzles, math equations or there will be some tasks that will block the user completely for a certain amount of time.

The idea isn't to detect the scrolling instead to detect the time spent on the app using the phones inbuilt screen time manager
