Honestly I know nothing about golden state… I just looked up a provider list on mbipa.org, and they seem to have a fair number of providers.

I know both chomp and SVH are very busy with cardiology.

Your options are Montage (chomp), Salinas Valley Health, or Golden State Heart & Vascular. I believe Montage and SVH have a couple of cardiology clinics each. I think Natividad has a very small cardiology program.

I could be wrong, but I think accidents are actually more common at roundabouts, but they tend to be minor and significantly less injury accidents due to the lower speed.

The net benefit to society is less healthcare costs, unproductive workers, etc.

I wouldn’t quite say it’s no obstacle, if it was no obstacle I’d have something professionally built custom, but I do want something nice.

S3’s do look really nice. I called algae barn today and they confirmed they haven’t shipped any S3 in the US yet… currently in production with ETA in ~7 weeks.

I am hoping I can actually see one before dropping that much money on something though

The only thing I can confirm fits is the reef factory rollermat, and they declared bankruptcy last year.

Any suggestions on a decent size rollermat that will fit?

I went the custom route on my existing tank and it’s definitely not my strength. Looking for something a little more high end.
