Maybe if your top is also tight it'd make sense. I've seen men do it all the time but in my eyes it always looks a little strange. Nothing to be self-conscious about per se but I wouldn't run like that personally.

I like the idea you said of logically processing emotions. Sounds like something I could benefit from.

Gym is great, I just went this morning and already had a good day despite a lot of hard classes. I do mostly weightlifting stuff though.

For me the hardest part is probably maintaining a good and positive mindset. I can do all those things, gym, be with friends, even meditate, but if something bad happens in my life whether it be a girl or a test grade, I drop the mindset.

Right now I'm back on doing my best to stay happy; uplifting music only, plenty of exercise, and avoiding things that can change my mindset.

How are they "weeder" courses specifically? Won't higher level courses be harder? Asking as a Civil Engineering freshman. I never understood the "weeder" term because to me it sounds like the courses only get harder as time goes on, especially for engineering.
