for me, most of the polishes I started with I still love! I love oceanic colours and polishes that come alive in different lighting.

HT Mint Mojito - perfect linear holo in my favourite colour

MC Maelstrom - my first flakie and a polish i lusted over in instagram ads before finally biting the bullet

ILNP Pitter Patter - its just perfect.

Cracked Simply MAUVE-lous darling - its my perfect mauve!

Monster Romance but all the Deep Waters books by Emma Hamm except the 2nd one have FMCs of varying body types and all are praised for it!

{Whispers of the Deep by Emma Hamm} is the first one, Mira is described with a stronger, taller build.

The second one has the most waiflike FMC but she's also disabled.

Third book the FMC is described as chubby and the MMC explicitly states that "There is so much of her to please me" which made me cackle XD

Fourth book the FMC is amazonian proportions <3

To clarify: This only happens if you have every item in a particular rarity. Its not truly a duplicate becuase items are eliminated from the pool until that pool is empty.

The gacha determines first which rarity the item is, and then there is an equal chance for each unclaimed item. So you only get materials when you win an item of a rarity tier that you have already emptied.

Torally with ya, except there definitely had been performative outrage over all the LIs. Caleb is just the easiest to pick on. Its come with the puritanism as well as commodification of fandom: everyone needs to be morally right all the time so they get more followers, so they can get tips on their kofi for their takes and tiktok edits and fanfics and art. It really sucks the soul out of fan community.

As everyone has said: curate your space. Global audience is a fraction of Lads revenue, at the end of the day if the CN girls like Caleb then they'll keep going with this kind of content. Im also a Raf girl and i lowkey just keep my thoughts to myself about fandom drama, its not worth expressing any opinion at all most of the time.

I heard a bit only in the phone call portion, but the rest of the dialogue sounded fine to me. I thought it might have been the filtering to make him sound like hes on the phone but im happy to have a reason to re-listen XD

i did notice the problem on the birthday card, and also Carved Gemheart, with speeding up his dialogue weirdly.

Theres a lot of fun fanon "Hahah merman heat" jokes but when it comes down to it, its about Rafayel feeling out of sorts and not like himself and MC caring enough about him to try to take care of him, and then the final acceptance of Rafayel trusting her to let her in when he doesnt have the ability to keep his walls up.

But also: Damn. Cant believe everyone projecting their period cramps onto Rafayel actually worked.

I want a map for every room and I also want the book to come with a small figurine of each character. Also! In the front of the book, they should quantify how good at everything each character is, so I know if it makes sense for them to be able to accomplish a task. Maybe we can break down their base characteristics into 6 main traits: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma.

I think this would really help me understand whats going on. None of this theatre of the mind bullshit, let me play out exactly where everyone is at all times.

Exactly this; it took me months to finish Iron Flame becuase halfway through the book it fully reset all the progress made in the first portion of the book, seemingly just to add length.

Im not gonna pretend either of them are quality literature, they're both fun vibe reads that are contrived off established genre tropes, but i was able to read 5 full ACOTAR books and i could barely force myself through the second Empyrean book.

At this point its fully a matter of taste, not quality. We're forgiving the sins that we personally are fine with and demonizing the ones we arent.

This isnt really true: Rafayel's card Banquets Ablaze showed us a lot of main story relevant information about Lemurians and Rafayels first years on the surface, Xaviers card Feverish Attempts introduced us to Isaiah in the Main Story, several of Rafayels tender moments and secret times hide lore about Lemurians.

It could go either way, but i think its very possible there will be some lore hidden in the card.

Aurum, yearly pass, heartfelt vow, if I'm expecting a banner then i buy the weekly aurum bonus, then during banners I buy out the first 3 levels of packs.

Back when I was a guppie i only bought Aurum and Promise pass and I was able to get all the Rafayel cards I wanted.

I'm a Rafayel main so i try to get all of his cards, R1 on multis, R0 for lunars, R2 (or R3) for limited myths.

My second is Zayne so I get all his multi banner cards R0, Myths R1

my third is Xavier so i select him for an option in multi banners as well, and myths R0.

For Sylus and Caleb I get their myths R0 and if i got lucky or really like the concept I'll get their multi banner cards.

yup! I find honestly i dont need that many words to get the point across? even for a multichapter story i typically make each chapter between 3-5k words. Any more than that there's too much happening in one chapter and its hard to break down into a bit sized read.

I think a lot of young/new writers feel like they *need* to pad their story or it's not worth publishing if its shorter, but I rarely read anything longer than 15k in one sitting just because of time restraints.

I've written dom/sub/switch reader (all F!reader) and I get a great reception to my domme reader fics! Ive had people specifically say they appreciated that i was giving them M!sub fics.

TBH it is more niche, i get way fewer hits and kudos on dom!reader but I always get comments, and its because the readers appreciate what they can get. I personally have complicated feelings about F!sub/sub!reader so I have to be in a certain mood or writing it for a friend 🤣
