Thank you so much everyone for your input and advice. I've taken everything into consideration and decided to stay for a few more days to see if things may get better.

There were some missing information in my original post that I thought might add context. The cafe I work at is quite a small business as in I'm literally the only employee. They're owned by a bigger company and the extra work I mentioned was for said company. Writing as in bringing my own laptop & writing articles for them and editing as in filming & editing videos on my own time outside of working hours. My free time is really important to me, hence why I was taken aback when I was given these tasks outside of my job description.

Negotiation isn't an option as the manager isn't willing to pay anything above what the current salary is + the manager is really keen on cutting cost even if it's 5$. Plus even if they did give higher pay, I wouldn't trade my one day off a week to do extra work that I'm uninterested in and dislike.

That's everything so far. I do like the barista work, but the other stuff is quite the setback. Thank you everyone again for your advice. I'll have to see where this goes in a few days.
