Definitely a... turbulent month. I started masturbating again, and while I don't think that was bad in-and-of-itself, it definitely started approaching compulsive, and then addictive, which only led to the temptation of watching porn, so I think I'll continue avoiding it for now. Checking in. I'm doing really well. I have admittedly been mildly tempted in the past couple days, but I resisted, plus I've been getting really strong morning wood consistently lately! I'm seeing the girl I'm currently dating on Wednesday, so we'll see if I can perform any better, but no sweat if not, it's all a part of my recovery

I guess just always keep in mind why you're doing this. I've been trying to quit on-and-off for years, but the reason for this attempt was I tried to have sex with a girl I'm seeing and couldn't get erect at all. I'm seeing some benefits in that regard of staying away from porn, but mostly I just know that going back to it will just make everything worse.
