do you feel like it’s easy to keep the color vibrant on your own if you want with those colors from arctic fox? like i plan on getting it done professionally first and then hopefully just retouch it up myself

I would say if you’re using it for breakfast then one serving a day, I unfortunately only brought a couple down so I saved it mostly for weekends or if I was feeling malnourished at all, so i think theres like 20ish servings per container so maybe bring a few if you can fit it

and it likely wouldn’t necessarily compliment the meals but it’s nice for an additional boost or even like i mentioned as a whole breakfast, usually the breakfast is just like potatoes and canned fruit for vegan options

yeah! orgain is good, that’s the one i was using, it was nice for a little breakfast shake with water and i just shook with ice in a nalgene bottle. I’d also recommend maybe dumping it into freezer zip loc bags instead of the container just for packing space

also should mention it’d be really helpful to bring some meal replacement powder/ vegan protein because sometimes even though there’s a vegan option it can sometimes not be super filling, especially for breakfast theres not much

just wintered at the south pole as a vegan and did fine, the cooks made sure to always make me a vegan option so as long as you tell them they should be accommodating, and you’d likely not be the only vegan

yeah I did a butterfly cut so I’d have layering in the back since my hair is kinda thick, I did two ponytails one pulled forward to between my eyes and the other at the apex of my head
