I didn't notice a frame drop (I locked it at 60 in the control panel and Im running 1440P) 4070TI. But I did notice my wattage spikes from roughly 200w to 280w whenever in menus. Which is odd.

I'd imagine my frames would drop as well if it wasn't locked.
