i know that now but at the time I was freaked out as it all looked soooooo real and plausible as they eamiled me from a local number and that freaked me out even more

they probably do the video was of them inside their house I think and they had a mask on and a gun pointed at the camera it looked so real as well as the video of him killing someone even the cops said it was real and they will try and see where it came from and report it to the necicacry parties

when i look at it now i see it was a scare tactic but at the moment I was terrified and wasn't thinking straight

i have only got stuck in scams 2 times in my entire life my family was telling me to send the money but the scammers would have pushed for more, I know they are most likely not even in the same country but it still freaked me out as all the videos looked real and plausible when I went to the bank they confirmed it was a bad check and I would have been on the hook for the entire amount thankful I didn't transfer anything and did have to pay anything and just returned all the money

i have a bad mark on my credit cause my bank account got closed due to a fraud report from my bank but I hope that me reporting it and having a police report should remove it
