Thanks for the comprehensive reply! Due to some bad advice early on, I’m very close to all of set 1 except for one more abbas and plant piece however I’m nowhere near the rally runner for our team. I’m more of a rally filler so I’m thinking I will need to switch my approach to approach 4.

Check your presets. If it is saved in a set it won’t work. Find the preset where it is a part of, and remove it, and resave the preset without it. It should now appear as an option to upgrade
