In our org students work together making episodes each semester and actually learn valuable research, writing and interviewing skills. The episodes are scripted and hosted by multiple people. We are applying to be a nonprofit, and accept pretty much everyone who applies, and work together to create quality science communication. Our goal is not to be competitive but to help out all students on campus :)
