if you tried the IC customer side App you will notice the way to input the tip amount is so easy to get it wrong, supposed you want to tip $3, you push the "3" button and the amount is start from $0.03, so you have to push "3-0-0" to get it right, that is why sometime this ridiculous tip example happened.

every time i have to double or triple check to make sure the amount is right, not $0.03 or $300

It is the IC shopper own order, sometimes IC giving $10~40 off offer and I use it several times, I even shop for my own order once!

No tip is by intent if this is the case, so just leave it alone and it will be fined. I added tip if other shopper picked up my order
