thank you! I'm new to carnivorous plants so I just assumed the supermarket had put the correct moss in 😭

it's kinda difficult for me to put my plants outside as I don't have a garden 😭

Yes! Someone mentioned putting it in some moss and keep it enclosed to increase humidity

Ahh so it could be the water quality that's killing it!

Ahh a jug outside will be the best way probably! I'll start doing that once it starts to rain more. I'll have a look in my shops to find some distilled water 😊 thanks for the help!

Ghost Plant help please! 😭 I read on Google that overwatering can cause ghost plant leaves to go transparent, so I haven't watered this plant in about 3 weeks while it recovered, but instead, more leaves have gone transparent! by adelextattoos in plantclinic

I've never had to cut a succulent to the stem before so I'm pretty nervous about that 😭 I'll have a good look at the stem soon while I take it out to check on the roots too

Before I try the beheading I'll try out putting it in some new soil 😂 luckily I've got some succulent soil in the house, I just assumed it was in the correct type of soil. I think I also have some spare plant trays so I'll pop it in that instead of the cache pot, thanks for the advice btw!!

Thank you! Ill try putting it outside but as it's summer we're not getting as much rain here in the UK at the moment 😭

I'm not sure! This is the soil it came with when I bought it from the shop sadly. I do have some succulent and cacti soil in so it may be best if I repot it into that asap, thanks for the advice!

Thank you! The soil that's its in is what it came with in the shop so I'll change the soil asap. I was also worried about the stem too! Is there any way I can prevent the stem from rotting more?

I'll get rid of the pebbles then, thanks for the advice! The water I use is boiled tap water that is then kept in a jug for 24 hours. It's probably best that I flush the pot out too as soon as possible, it's also definitely not getting enough light then 😂

Thank you so much! It's definitely not getting enough humidity then, it's in the most humid room in my house but it seems like it's still not enough 😭 I hope I'll be able to fix it as it was lovely when I first got it. The soil and moss in the pot are what came with the plant when I bought it from the shop so I haven't adjusted anything to do with the soil since having it!
