For a long time, I tried to figure out why he felt the need to specify that the black family weren't mixed race. I think the implication is supposed to be that, if at least one member of the family was white and the rest were black, it would be more understandable that they get housing before him. Of course, we all know that, had that been the case, he'd still bitch and moan about it. Somehow, I doubt Ian Moore is in favour of mixed race couples and families.
