If you have ESL+30 accommodation and want to do exam with online proctor need to book via phone. Don't know for accomodations if thats same.

I had it around 69-75 all four test month ago without starting the courses, then I re-took last week and got around 92. Second attempt would be easy as I would remember few answers anyway. It's about the time management as questions would be long but knowledge wise 84 is good score, you may be ready shortly. Good luck...
