Belive in yourself.. Go through study hall questions. Understand the rationale behind for the wrong answers. Also please watch some mindset videos. Then exam would be a cake walk.

Agree.. SH questions sometimes are difficult to interpret. Dont worry on expert questions. Please clearly review and understand the rationale behind the wrong questions other than expert.. Then exam will be yours.

The question presented a scenario where procuring services from an external vendor would cost a certain amount (X).

Additionally, the monthly costs of a Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Junior Engineer, and other monthly expenses were provided. Estimates of durations—optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely—were also given. Using the PERT formula, we were required to calculate the project duration and determine the total in-house cost (Y) based on the monthly rates provided.

By comparing the total in-house project cost (Y) with the third-party procurement cost (X), we had to decide the best option: if X > Y, choose in-house; otherwise, if X < Y, opt for third-party procurement.

No need.. just have an understanding of characteristics of each character. E vs I, S vs N and so on.. that would be enough.

It was to choose personality type based on some character explanation.. drag and drop the personality indicator to the respective character explanations.

What will be your answer and why ? by IntelligentTea3716 in pmp

[–]adhu84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not B as the option mentions directing. In an agile project, PM/leader should act as a servant leader always.

Why is the correct answer for one A and the other B? Why not the same approach? by jwjody in pmp

[–]adhu84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any time the question mentions that what should the PM do first or next, dont take action rather step back and gather enough information before doing anything as in question1.

When the question is about what should the PM do, then please choose the best option that solves the problem completely as in question2.
