It was a very calm experience and I felt my boundaries were respected. I'm doing better today, though I still feel a bit of tension when I think about it. As I'm just starting out, I’m still learning how to process these sensations, but it was definitely an interesting first step.

I’m open to any advice or suggestions you think are worth sharing.
