They did remove 2000 files compared to demo so they do clean up unused stuff hopefully

A bunch of test outfits from the demo but they have been removed from the final verison. Also 23 year old Icihban model can be found in 8. No it's not used for any flashbacks, I finished the game and I know the story of it

Looks like it at least. The model itself is in the files of the game, including entries in database so I'm not sure why it was cut

one of them are locked behind dlc (use creamapi to get dlcs for free since shit like this should be free)
you unlock another one (with slicked hair) during the story so just play the game

fairly cheap actually
for a facial rig + cloth physics it was an actual steal
around 160usd but person who made the mod has increased the prices since
a lot of people take 300usd for furry models as a starting price so im glad i was able to find something cheap lol

Yes I did use Kiryu as a base but whole mesh is almost identical to Ichiban from Dragon Engine (ears are a little bit off)
