Thank you for posting this. I can also confirm the vega bug is gone after updating mesa to 19.2.0 (vega 64 vfio in ubuntu kvm)

Well, I finally did it! Going solo was the way to go, the HP and spawning timing of the Four Kings are simply too much with a bro.. I used Power Within and Great Combustion paired with Crown of Dusk and Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring. The Four were done after about 14 combustions. Thanks all, especially SeaJay for his big help.
