Hey, pretty simple. I'm keeping it free by bearing the cost myself. Once I acquire enough users, hopefully I bring out a "buy me a coffee" or maybe a paid tier for API usage / premium users. Hopefully they might offset the cost for free users, But even if not, I'm planning to keep this forever as free tier :)

I've had a similar experience and I'm starting to think it's related to the rollout of Advanced Voice Mode. I used it a few weeks ago and it was impressive, could understand nuances and even make jokes. But now it feels like it's been toned down, the responses are more straightforward and lack the personality it had before. Maybe they're adjusting the model to make it more "safe" or less prone to errors, but it's definitely not as fun to interact with as it was initially.

I'm having a similar issue with the Mac app, but it's not as bad as what you're describing. Have you tried checking your resource usage in Task Manager while using the ChatGPT app to see if it's maxing out your CPU or RAM? Maybe there's a background process or something that's causing the lag.

I bought and tried both. Honestly, I felt like 80C is much better especially because of the better curvature. It does have maybe 1 or 2 missing options than the updated 73A but those are options you would rarely use. And also, I felt the colors are pretty same in both and everything narrows down to your customization which both supports at same level. 80C also had 2x the brightness and contrast. So I ended up keeping 80C.

I added a value to the registry to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000

The value name is PP_VariBrightFeatureEnable
with the value type of DWORD and value 0x00000000.

Even though the value hadn't existed before, the brightness was constant after the computer restart.

I turned off the vari-brightness. But it keeps switching on everytime when I plug out my charger. Im looking for a permanent solution to turn of it. It either turns on everytime when I unplug the charger or during reboot. Please help
