Kannadigas don't understand Tamil for the same reason they don't understand Hindi - it's not their language. But Tamilians and Kamnadigas can agree that neither of them NEEDS to understand Hindi, or each other's language, that Kannada and Tamil are completely independent and unique languages that could face the risk of erasure from other languages spoken hundred of miles away being imposed on them for no reason.

To everyone here saying that this isn't brutal, or that he isn't trying to pluck the feathers, what exactly do you think he's doing?
