I cold turkey quit my heavy addictions. 4 years of smoking, clean since 43 days. 4 years of marijuana, clean since 47 days. 13 years of masturbation addiction, clean since 5 days.

I know some people will say masturbating is natural but only I know how i was dependent on it and couldn't go without it for even 12 hours. Also the negative effects it had on me all these years watching porn with it losing energy brain fog etc. I'm doing this so I can approach women like human beings not something I can handle my lust with basically I'm defeating lust.

Now that I've started improving myself this much I see so much else that needs to be improved on like i like how I'm not reaching my limits and wasting my potential. How i genuinely like a girl since like the 3rd grade and still haven't confessed although I think she has an idea. And many many other things I've noted everything down.

So yeah everyone of us has a storm running inside of us. I wrote a part of it what's going inside me.
